Lamb Kofta’s with Roasted Capsicum Hummus, Tabbouleh and Spiced Yoghurt

This week, one of our favourite foodie’s Ali Hitchcock (affectionately known as @hitch.cooks) has created us a soul-warming recipe full of flavour, spice and punch.
