Where do you ship?

We ship to any country that accepts DHL Express, Fedex International Priority or Economy shipments. Check your country's requirements at Fedex or DHL.

How long will my order take to arrive?

You can follow the tracking on your order confirmation email. This depends on your country and how long the customs clearance takes. Fedex states that International Priority shipping will take 1-3 business days. Check our shipping and returns page for more info.

Can I return something for a refund?

We are happy to exchange or replace items subject to availability. Refunds will be given for items with manufacturing faults, and do not include the cost of shipping and import duties. We do not give refunds on sale items or for change of mind. Check our returns policy for more info.

How do I return a faulty item?

Before sending items for return please contact us and we will help you with the returns process. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including import duties. For more info visit our shipping and returns page.

What if I got the wrong size?

We may accept size exchanges on a case by case basis and subject to availability. We encourage all customers to check our sizing page. Maggie Marilyn runs in UK sizing, but if you're not sure about the fit on a certain item, feel free to email us and we'd be happy to help you find the right size as we know every garment like the back of our hands.

I can’t see the item I’m looking for. Do you have it in stock?

We are always happy to help you find a hard-to-find MM piece you’re searching for!

Can I preorder?

Yes! We accept pre orders with a 100% deposit. Contact us and we will arrange this for you, and email you when the item is released.

Can I come in to try things on?
