Please note that delivery times listed are estimates and commence from the date your parcel is shipped. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12PM NZST on the same day. 

Shipping Methods

Whilst the team at MM make every effort to get your order to you within the stated time frames, unforeseen circumstances and peak trading times can have an effect on these guidelines.

 

New Zealand

Overnight - Free

Maggie Marilyn offers overnight shipping New Zealand wide (working days only) and same day shipping in Auckland (working days only).

Australia

2 - 3 Working days (depending on location) - $20 NZD

Track your order at DHL Express. 

Rest of world

2 - 3 Working days (depending on location) - $30 NZD

Delivery

To ensure an easy delivery process please enter all contact details including phone number and email address when you are confirming your order details.

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance delays. Please note that customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional fees incurred due to delivery refusal or multiple failed attempts will be charged to the receiver. 

Tracking

All deliveries will include a tracking number, automatically emailed to you upon dispatch from Maggie Marilyn. Ensure to hold on to this and follow links in the email to track your order.

Additional Notes

Parcels must be signed for upon delivery. If delivery cannot be made the driver will leave a collection card at the stated address. To collect the parcel, the collection card must be presented with a form of photo ID at the nominated courier branch. If the parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to Maggie Marilyn. Please note that redelivery will be at the expense of the buyer.

Returns policy

Maggie Marilyn operates under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help you through the returns process. Please use our contact page or email info@maggiemarilyn.com and we will arrange an exchange or store credit for your items.

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer refunds, full or partial, for any purchases unless they are faulty. Please consider carefully before purchasing, and reach out to us if you're not sure about fit or sizing - we'd love to help!

If goods are faulty or damaged then you are entitled to a full refund, exchange or credit note. Faulty returns will also have their shipping costs reimbursed, just let us know before you send your item back.

All returns are subject to our Conditions of Return.

Conditions of Return:
- Items are unused, unworn, in all original packaging with tags still attached
- Items are returned within 14 days of purchase
- Please be careful with make up and perfume when trying on, as this can affect our ability to process your refund or exchange.

We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind - this includes items that did not fit.

Items that were bought on sale are not eligible for refund - however if you need to exchange, we'll do our best to facilitate this. Please consider carefully before purchasing, and reach out to us if you're not sure about fit or sizing - we'd love to help!

All sales marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange, refund or credit unless found to be faulty. These sales are final. 

Of course if you purchase an item on sale, and it is found to have a manufacturing fault, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange, and we'll cover the shipping cost (import duties not included). Faulty items are still subject to our Conditions of Return.

We cannot take responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit, or for any import duties and taxes that are incurred on your return.

Returns that do not meet the Conditions of Return will not be accepted.

Any and all refunds processed will be in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and in the original payment method.

Any change to exchange rates at the time of return processing is beyond the control of Maggie Marilyn.
