  • We ship to any country that accepts DHL Express. Check your country's requirements on DHL.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. We will do our very best to get your order to you within the below time frames.

    New Zealand: 1 - 3 business days or same day delivery if selected at checkout.

    Australia: 2 - 5 business days

    Rest of World: 2 - 5 business days

  • For orders to countries outside of New Zealand and Australia, duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

    Maggie Marilyn do not refund duties and taxes paid should you wish to return an item. Residents from countries outside of New Zealand and Australia can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.

  • Yes, we want to make sure that you receive your new Maggie Marilyn safe and sound so we require a signature on delivery. If you are out, a collection card will be left. Make sure to pop to your post office within 10 days otherwise your order will be returned to us, and we wouldn’t want that!

    Please note that any additional fees incurred due to delivery refusal or multiple failed attempts are your responsibility.

    If you enter your phone number and email address at the checkout we can contact you in case of any changes with your delivery.

  • If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong address, please email online@maggiemarilyn.com with order number and preferred delivery address. Sadly we cannot change address on orders already dispatched.

  • You surely can! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been collected. Please be aware that delivery time may be affected by customs clearance delays.
