1. SHIPPING TIMES

Where does Maggie Marilyn ship?

We provide shipping worldwide!

How long does the shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. We will do our very best to get your order to you within the below time frames!

New Zealand: 1 - 2 business days or same day delivery if selected at checkout.

Australia: 2 - 5 business days

Rest of World: 2 - 5 business days

2. TRACKING & DELIVERY

Can I track my order?

You surely can! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been collected. Please be aware that delivery time may be affected by customs clearance delays.

Do I need to sign my delivery?

Yes, we want to make sure that you receive your new Maggie Marilyn safe and sound so we require a signature on delivery. If you are out, a collection card will be left. Make sure to pop to your post office within 10 days otherwise your order will be returned to us, and we wouldn’t want that!

Please note that any additional fees incurred due to delivery refusal or multiple failed attempts are your responsibility.

If you enter your phone number and email address at the checkout we can contact you in case of any changes with your delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong address, please email online@maggiemarilyn.com with order number and preferred delivery address.

Do I need to pay customs fees or taxes?

For orders to countries outside of New Zealand, duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Maggie Marilyn do not refund duties and taxes paid should you wish to return an item. Residents from countries outside of New Zealand can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.

Orders to Australia with a value over $1,000 AUD will be liable for duties and taxes, for an estimate on these charges please contact your local customs office.

3. SIZING & SWAPS

We know shopping online can be tricky so we are here to help! If you aren’t sure about fit or sizing, we will go the extra mile to offer advice, measurements or photos, just email us at online@maggiemarilyn.com

Can I come in to try things on?

Yes! We'd love to meet you at Maggie Marilyn in Newmarket or Britomart.

How do I make an exchange or return?

We want your new MM to make your heart sing, so if it’s not quite right, we are here to help!

All online and phone orders are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please fill out a returns form and send it back to us in accordance with the returns policy as outlined below.

All in-store purchases are eligible for exchange, credit or refund within 7 days of purchase. Please return your item to the Maggie Marilyn Home it was purchased from, in accordance with the returns policy as outlined below.

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS

What payment options do you have?

We accept payments from Laybuy and Afterpay for New Zealand account holders.

We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and Eftpos, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Maggie Marilyn Gift Cards.

We take payment in the following currencies: NZD, AUD, USD, GBP, CAD, DKK, EUR, HKD, JPY, SGD and SEK.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Simply type or copy/paste the code into the discount box when you reach the checkout.

5. RETURNS POLICY

What is your returns policy?

For Online and Phone Orders:

If goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are so sorry and will offer a full refund, exchange or credit note as well as refunding the cost of shipping.

If you would like to exchange a size, or swap your garment for a different style, please send your order back to Maggie Marilyn with a completed returns form.

We recommend arranging a tracked courier for a safe and speedy return.

Sadly we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost on its way to us, or for any import duties and taxes incurred.

We are happy to refund any order if your return meets the below conditions:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. - We will make exceptions for unforeseen shipping delays, please contact us if you think your parcel may take longer. - Items must be unworn with all tags still attached. - Items must be free from makeup and perfume, so please be mindful of this when trying them on. - You will be refunded in your original form of payment.

For In-store Purchases:

We are happy to offer an exchange, credit or refund an order within 7 days from purchase date with proof of purchase.

Arrange a return

Please fill in the returns form that arrived with your online order (or download our returns form here) and send with the item/s you wish to return to the address below. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery. Once your returned item/s have been processed, we will be in touch with an email to confirm your refund or exchange.
